Your privacy is important to us and we do not share your information with others beyond what is necessary to accomplish the services you willingly engage in. That means we will not sell your information for profit; we will only use it to keep you updated on the happenings at The Yin Lounge, to get you the products you’ve ordered from us, or communicate information about classes you’ve registered for.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, mailing address and email address.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 5 - WIX
Our store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide us with e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through an industry standard SSL/TLS connection. Wix.com maintains a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) certification. Direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
